The mission
Founded by Katie and Max Kutler, Spread Good Karma Foundation improves the physical and mental health of Delaware residents through accessible wellness services, education, free and low-cost fitness, and community-building activities.
What began with yoga and fitness support for hospitality workers revealed a wider need—for relief from burnout, better nutrition education, healthier ways to gather, and real human connection.
